My carpets had considerable stains and spots that had sat for a couple years. They were all lifted very well. The service arrived on time, was performed in a timely manner, and at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend!

Before moving out of my apartment and turning in the keys I wanted to get the carpet cleaned. I called Darrell and scheduled a time for him to come out. The did a great job, the carpet was cleaned very well and done very professionally. I even turned in a copy of the invoice to the apartment manager to prove I had the carpet cleaned professionally so I could try to get more of my deposit back. If I still lived in Bakersfield, CA I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. They provide courteous, on time, professional services and they are fully licensed and insured unlike some other companies that may offer cheaper service but they are unlicensed or uninsured. 5 star service for sure!

He has good professional equipment and really cares about doing a good job.
He is now officially my carpet guy.

We have been using Excellence since 2010. Their response to our work orders are very prompt. We get a 24 hour turn around on our estimates. The best and the most important thing is the quality of the work which is always excellent. The owner is an outstanding individual and very professional and friendly. We can’t ask for more and very satisfied in using their services.

Darelle came out the same day I called for service, on time. He also honored his quote over the phone. Left me the blower overnight to dry my carpet. I appreciate an honest businessman. Definitely recommend his service.

Darrell was great to work with. He was on time and very knowledgeable about the needs of the carpets. I appreciated how he took the time to really at the carpets to make sure all issues were taken care of. And best of all the carpets look brand new. Would definitely use this company again.

By far the best job I have seen when it comes to cleaning my carpets. I have tried cleaning on my own and let me say it didn’t turn out as amazing as this companies work. When it comes to moving out and collecting that deposit this is the best and only way to go.

My wife found this company in the yellow pages. We have light carpet. My wife had attempted to remove the pet stains using resolve with no luck, the stains turned black. Excellence / Darrell was able remove all the stains, he did an awesome job.

I called him at 8:30 in the morning with an emergency needed have two rooms and a hallway cleaned that were really dirty from somebody moving out and he showed up within 45 minutes and did an awesome job got all the stains out of the carpet and it’s smelled great I would recommend him and I’m going to have him come to my other house and clean my carpets there and his prices are very reasonable. Excellence Janitorial is the best company I have found while in my profession as property manager. I have seen some pretty terrible carpets, ones that I thought would need to be replaced, but excellence came in and made the carpet look fantastic, with no lingering old carpet smell as well. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking to get your carpets cleaned

Showed up on time and quickly got to work. The pre-conditioner treatment they put down worked almost instantly and smelled great. The guy who did the carpets was very friendly and professional. Only took about 30 min to do my large living room and hallway. Carpets look better than when I moved in. 🙂
